The Redd ranch in southern Utah sprawls for miles south of Moab. They lease even more range land from the Bureau of Land Management and run several hundred head of sheep, and cattle there. My friend who knew them arranged for me to take pictures of the sheep, so C Redd drove me out to the location where a Basque Sheep herder had his camp so I could get a feeling for the area.
