I've always been fascinated by running water; it's both a challenge and a joy to paint.  I painted this on location.  The sound of the water was soothing, the biting of the mosquitos, not so much.  Once I was really into painting, mixing and placing the colors became my only concern.  Hope you enjoy this painting.
